Kinesiology provides a “functional” approach to health and fitness. We are passionately committed to helping you adopt a more healthy and fit lifestyle so you look and feel your best. Whether your goal is weight loss, muscle toning, strength building or enhanced physical performance, we will custom design a program tailored to your personal needs. We keep you motivated and make sure you work out safely to get the results you want.

Small Group Personal Training
Our clients love our small group training sessions. Benefit from the increased individual attention with a minimum of 4 and a maximum of 6 participants. Fun atmosphere, motivation from the trainer, energy of the group, and the variety of programming make it a fabulous choice for you. Get the maximum results of personal training at an affordable price.

Fully Qualified Personal Training Staff

Our staff will have CPR/First Aid and one or more of the following certifications:

  • BCRPA, ACE, or NSCA Certified Personal Trainer.
  • Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist, CSCS from the NSCA
  • Certified Exercise Physiologist - CSEP
  • Bachelor’s degree in kinesiology or human kinetics from a university

No. Training can take place in the privacy and comfort of our personal training studio, at our recreation center, or even outdoors.

Can You Afford A Personal Trainer?

We have a number of different training packages for adults and teens which will fit almost any budget in one-to-one, small group and large class formats.

Personal Training
Work with a kinesiologist one-to-one to increase your fitness level, lose body fat, counsel you on basic nutrition concepts, and help you to feel great.
Each session is one hour. Any goal can be achieved. Price reduction on multiple sessions. Individual Packages (GST Included)

Group Personal Training
We invite you to discover what so many of our clients already know - Group Personal Training can make achieving your fitness goals more enjoyable and motivating than you ever thought possible.

Whether it’s the great music, the fun atmosphere, the motivation from the trainer, the camaraderie and energy of the group, or the variety in programming, our clients love our group training sessions. We have designed our group training schedule to offer flexibility and a balanced approach to fitness.

Whether your goal is to lose body fat, sculpt your muscles, tone up your hips, thighs, and abs, improve your flexibility, or relax and rejuvenate, we’ve got a group session for you!

All sessions are 1 hour.
