In our Orthopaedic Injury and Sports Therapy clinic we provide injury assessment,
active rehabilitation, Active Release Techniques® (ART) and
athletic therapy
for a variety of acute and chronic conditions. Therapy options can include soft-tissue massage, ART, joint mobilization, electrotherapy (such as I.F.C., T.E.N.S., ultrasound, laser), taping, brace fitting, ice/heat and corrective exercise. Feel better and get moving quicker with the same therapists that pro athletes use – athletic therapists. Our expertise extends to
personal training and
athletic conditioning for every
sport from basketball and baseball to football,
rugby and hockey dryland conditioning. But, you don't have to be an athlete to benefit. Anyone can see us.
We also provide
ergonomic assessment, return-to-work programs,
functional capacity evaluations and
workplace seminars for companies
on the latest information on proper back care and lifting
methods.

When high salary, professional athletes get injured, athletic therapists get them back to play soon. Athletic therapy uses a combination of manual tissue and joint mobilization, modalities, and exercise therapy.
